There is no online ticketing system for Echoes. You simply need to create a character and then can pay for sessions once your character has been confirmed. The price will be £7 per session, or £30 if you pay for all 5 session at the same time. There will be no charge for Character Creation or Debrief. Payment can be made by cash or card in session. Alternatively, payment can be made by bank transfer (account details here - note that you do not have to submit this form. Simply send the correct amount to the account as detailed there, including your name as the reference). These funds go towards the cost of hiring the venue; if you have any questions, please contact the Treasurer or Committee of Oxford Larp Society.
All adults (over the age of 18) who wish to play Echoes are welcome. There is no obligation to play every session, but as the game is a short campaign, we recommend attending as many as you can for the best experience.
Due to the size of the venue, to avoid overcrowding we will be instituting a player cap of 20 players. If we receive more than 20 character submissions, places will be allocated by random ballot.
We recognise that for some people, the cost of sessions would prevent them attending. As such, concessionary pricing is available to anyone who would not otherwise be able to attend.
Automatic concessions are available as below - though even if you do not fall within these criteria and would find the cost prohibitive, please email us and we may be able to offer a reduced price.
Additionally, voting members of the Oxford University Roleplaying Society are entitled to free attendance due to that society's affiliation with OLS.
